The Reason behind Leeteuk’s tweets of ‘Barbecue’ to SJ members!

When someone says “eat”, it can sometimes be referenced to a censored “fuck you” (depending on the situation). In his tweets, Leeteuk writes “eat barbecue” to each of the members. Koreans usually spell “bbuk-you” (fuck you) in hangul, but in order to censor the term Leeteuk changed the words “bbuk-you” to “barbecue”. 

The reason as to why Leeteuk told us to ‘fuck ourselves’ was because he finally turned thirty and the rest of us didn’t. Just in case anyone is insulted by this—don’t be. In Korea it is a huge deal to turn thirty years old, some get awfully depressed because they are finally leaving their happiest years of life. Besides, Leeteuk said this in a playful and censored manner. Siwon and Shindong even played along, feel free to check their Twitters. K-ELF were also fairly amused with his tweets and teased him about it.
